The Evening
Every year ends the same way at our table: everyone in one room, plates in the middle, and someone standing to say a few words. The Long Table is that evening, for people who would rather close the year with good food and good company than another party.
Dishes arrive on shared platters and travel down the table by hand. Every course comes with a drink chosen to match, and the night ends with a toast to the year you've had and the one coming.

The Night, Hour by Hour
6:30 pm
Doors & the welcome pour
Arrive, find a glass, and meet the first of the thirteen. Kaylie greets everyone at the door.
7:15 pm
The first platters
The first course lands in the middle of the table and the sharing begins. Pass left; ask for more.
8:30 pm
Mains, passed down the table
Slow-braised and roasted dishes arrive family-style, each with the drink chosen to meet it.
10:00 pm
The toast
Dessert, tea and coffee, then a few words to close the year. Stay as long as the candles do.
